Cotton sateen is a natural cotton fabric woven in a specific way. It is characterized by firmness, durability, smoothness and shine. Satin absorbs moisture very well and has a special cooling feature, which is less characteristic to simple cotton.
The quilt padding is 100% merino wool. In all times wool has been valued for its features for air flow, in regulating body temperature also collecting and evaporating excess of moisture. Due to the natural fat in wool hair - lanolin, wool has a positive effect on the joints, relaxes muscles, helps to improve the human circulatory and respiratory systems. The same lanolin has antiseptic properties that protect the material from bacteria, fungus and mold, so wool is called self-cleaning. Due to the rapid evaporation of moisture, wool is a bad home for dust mites. Some allergies can occur when a person is allergic to the lanolin. In such case a duvet from other materials should be chosen.
If you need to wash the bedding, use only wool detergents, wash in lukewarm water.
Our products do not (or in rare cases have almost no) the specific odor of wool products.
