Two Sided Mattress Cover Merino Wool/Sateen, 140x200cm

Mattress covers are designed to protect the mattress itself and provide extra softness and comfort. The corners have elastic bands for a stable attachment to the mattress.

These mattress covers have two different sides. One is 100% merino wool for extra warmth and coziness, the other is 100% cotton sateen with wool padding for cooler feeling.

The 100% merino wool side is an ideal choice for good sleep and to reduce fatigue and stress. Wool is valued for its properties in regulating body temperature and collecting and evaporating excess moisture. Due to the natural wool hair greese - lanolin, wool has a positive effect on the joints, relaxes muscles, helps to improve the human circulatory and respiratory systems. Lanolin has antiseptic features that protect the material from bacteria, fungus and mold, so wool often is called self-cleaning garment. Due to the rapid evaporation of moisture, wool is a bad home for dust mites. Some allergies can occur when a person is allergic to the lanolin. In such case products from other materials should be chosen.

Cotton sateen is a natural cotton fabric woven in a specific way. It is characterized by firmness, durability and has a smoothness and shine like silk. Sateen absorbs moisture extremely well, it gives cool and comfort effect to the body.

Wool products should be washed only with wool detergents in lukewarm water. Dry naturaly.

New product may fluff a little - this is a natural feature for this type of fabric, we recommend shaking the product well before using and time to time later.

Complies with the OEKO-TEX® 100 standard, that means the fabrics do not contain hazardous chemicals, dyes or bleaches and are safe to use.
